Welcome to Budgeee. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Budgeee mobile application and any related services (“Budgeee”, “the App”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account or using Budgeee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
Budgeee is a travel expense tracking application operated by:

2. Your account
To use certain features of Budgeee, you will need to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date account information
- keep your sign-in credentials secure
- notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission
- comply with all applicable laws when using the App.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Using Budgeee
Budgeee is designed to help you manually track travel expenses, cash balances and trip budgets.
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s account
- reverse engineer, copy or modify any part of Budgeee except where permitted by law
- use automated tools or scripts that negatively affect the operation of the App.
4. Premium subscriptions
Some features of Budgeee require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the billing terms and conditions of the relevant platform.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.
We may introduce, modify or discontinue subscription plans or pricing from time to time.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the information you add to Budgeee, including trips, expenses, notes, photos and other content.
By using Budgeee, you grant us permission to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit:
- belongs to you or that you have permission to use it
- does not violate the rights of others
- does not breach any applicable laws.
6. Intellectual property
Budgeee, including its software, branding, logos, graphics, designs and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of Budgeee other than the limited right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Budgeee available, secure and reliable.
However, we cannot guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
We may perform maintenance, release updates or make changes to the App that temporarily affect availability.
8. Financial disclaimer
Budgeee is provided as a personal travel expense tracking tool only.
Budgeee does not provide financial, accounting, taxation, legal or investment advice.
Any budgets, summaries, insights, exchange rates or calculations displayed within the App are provided for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying your own financial records and making your own financial decisions.
Currency exchange rates may differ from those offered by banks, payment providers or currency exchange services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budgeee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption or financial decisions made using information within the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Budgeee and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to Budgeee where we reasonably believe you have:
- breached these Terms
- used the App unlawfully
- attempted to compromise the security or operation of the App
- used Budgeee in a way that may harm us or other users.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using Budgeee, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with that policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App, by email or by another appropriate method.
Your continued use of Budgeee after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
